All Ember products are 100% handmade. As a result, slight variations in colour, shape, size, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and make each piece unique. Such differences are not considered defects.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at emberapotek@gmail.com, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to make it right where applicable.
